FAMILY LAW MEDIATION
Mediation allows the parties in family law cases to reach a resolution with the help of a third-party neutral mediator. We assist people in resolving disagreements about separation, divorce, parenting schedules, child support, alimony, property division and other family law matters. During mediation, we help each party to communicate what is important to him or her and to hear what is important to the other party. The goal of mediation is to reach a settlement and to avoid the financial and emotional costs of litigation.
